Bilateral Acute Iris Transillumination: Case Report

Bilateral acute iris transillumination is a new clinical entity characterized by bilateral pigment discharge in anterior chamber, hyperpigmentation in trabecular meshwork, posterior synechiae, mydriatic pupil and high intraocular pressure. The aim of this case report to emphasise the important points for differential diagnosis of bilateral acute iris transillumination under the light of the presented case.
