Purpose: To investigate the correlation and repeatability of central corneal thickness (CCT) measurements of optic low coherence reflectometry (OLCR), spectral optic coherence tomography (SOCT) and ultrasonic pachymetry (USP) devices in glaucoma patients.

Material and Methods: In this study, 34 glaucoma or glaucoma suspect patients were included and CCT was measured by OLCR, SOCT and USP. All measurements were repeated 3 times. The correlation and repeatability of the measurements were evaluated.

Results: The measurements of each device has shown high level agreement and repeatability (Repeatability ICC: ODKR: 86.5; SOKT:83.3; USP: 72.0). The measurement results of 3 devices have high correlation with each other (Correlation r:OKDR-SOKT:99.4 OKDR-USP:95.2 USP-SOKT:95.4). Also, Bland Altman analysis of measurements results, for 3 devices, show high agreement and correlation with each other (Agreement 95% LoA lower limit/upper limit: OKDR–SOKT:-5.44/2.20 OKDR-USP:2.53/28.61 USP-SOKT:4.50/29.88).

Conclusions: In glaucoma patients, CCT measurements by OLCR, SOCT and USP show good correlation and repeatability. Their results can be used for each other in daily practice but USP result difference may have significance in some clinical situations. Keywords : Central corneal thickness, optic low coherence reflectometry, spectral optic coherence tomography, ultrasonic pachymetry
