Intralenticular foreign bodies cause visually significant cataract in almost all cases. The management depends on some factors like size, location and material type. We present a 59 year-old man with an intralenticular metal foreign body in the right eye that underwent lens aspiration with removal of the intralenticular foreign body and insertion of a posterior chamber intraocular lens with 20/20 best-corrected visual acuity during 16 months follow-up.
