Normal tension glaucoma is a progressive optic neuropathy characterized by glaucomatous optic nerve cupping and visual field defects yet with measured intraocular pressure (IOP) levels within the normal range. The purpose of these two case reports is to emphasize the clinical characteristics and differential diagnostic considerations. The first case discusses the clinical features of a normal tension glaucoma case with normal cranial imaging findings. The second case highlights the association of a compressive intracranial mass causing asymmetric disc cupping and normal IOP readings. The differential diagnosis of this case is discussed. Keywords : Normal tension glaucoma, visual field, intraocular pressure, intracranial menengioma
