Nucleus Drop Intraoperatively and Postoperative Luxation to the Anterior Chamber

A patient who underwent phacoemulsification surgery in another clinic had dropped nucleus during the surgery and glaucoma developed in the postoperative period. The patient was admitted with pain and loss of vision, 1.5 years after the cataract surgery with nucleus in the anterior chamber. Lens extraction was performed but bullous keratopathy was inevitable in the postoperative course. Approach and treatment options are discussed for the nucleus dropped into the vitreus during surgery.
