Topiramate, a sulpha-derivate monosaccharide, is generally used in epilepsy and migraine treatment. Bilateral acute angle closure glaucoma and myopic shift can be seen due to topiramate use. Although there is no defi nitive treatment, common thought in topiramate induced angle- closure glaucoma is topiramate discontinuation, anti-glaucomatous drug and cycloplegic treatment. Keywords : Topiramate, angle closure glaucoma, myopic shift
