Penetrating ocular trauma is a potentially vision-threatening injury. The management of trauma varies depending on many factors such as type of the trauma, the severity of the injury, presence, size, composition, availability and the localization of intraocular foreign body (IOFB). In many cases, the area of penetration of foreign bodies can be easily determined while, in some cases the area of penetration and the IOFB itself may not be easily detected. IOFB lodged in the iridocorneal angle making it impossible to detect with routine biomicroscopic examination and making diagnosis and treatment difficult.

In this case report, a patient with a metallic foreign body hidden in anterior chamber angle was presented. Keywords : Gonioscopy; foreign body; eye injury
