Two Cases Who Were Diagnosed Bilateral Acute Iris Changes Due to Systemic Fluoroquinolone

Bilateral acute depigmentation of iris (BAID) and bilateral acute iris transillumination (BAIT) have emerged in recent years and although etiology is unclear it has been accused of systemic fl uoroquinolone. We aimed to report and discuss two cases with BAID and BAIT who have used systemic fl uoroquinolone in the light of clinical fi ndings and differences.
