Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology, Ankara/TURKEY Intra ocular pressure (IOP) is the only known modifiable risk factor for glaucoma. Lowering of IOP may prevent progression of glaucoma and blindness. Glaucoma treatment may change over time. In some cases, adding another medication is necessary to maintain control of the IOP and the disease. The objective of this review is to summarize adjunctive medical therapy for glaucoma.
