Cytomegalovirus Positivity in Posner-Schlossman Syndrome

Posner-Schlossman syndrome is characterized by unilateral mild anterior uveitis and intraocular pressure elevation during attacks. Etiology of syndrome is not still clear but viral agents are being discussed. In this paper, a patient is being reported who is followed with the diagnosis of Posner-Schlossman syndrome and cytomegalovirus is detected positive in aqueous humor and the frequency of attacks are decreased with oral ganciclovir treatment.
