HSV associated ocular diseases comprise a number of clinical entities: blepharitis, keratoconjunctivitis, dendritic epithelial keratitis, herpetic corneal ulcerations, stromal keratitis, endothelitis-trabeculitis, keratouveitis, and acute retinal necrosis syndrome. The most common complication of viral anterior uveitis is the secondary glaucoma. Surgical intervention is rarely taken into consideration because of the good prognosis of the disease. In this case the risk of glaucoma development has been considered and topical steroids were used in the active periods except on dentritic ulcer complication. The clinical course of patients showed us in the treatment of herpetic keratouveitis the dose and duration of using oral, topical acyclovir and topical steroids should be carefully evaluated for each patient. Keywords : Herpetic keratitis, uveitis, glaucoma
