Even though the pathophysological mechanism of inflammatory glaucoma has not been clarified to date, its treatment is still problematic. The reasons of inflammatory glaucoma should be determined carefully and its treatment should be planned based on the underlying cause to achieve successful treatment.
The purpose of this article is to discuss the reasons and treatment options of inflammatory glaucoma in order to help the readers have an increase success rate in these challenging cases. Keywords : Glaucoma, uveitis, synechia, steroid, trabecular meshwork
