Assessment of Four Cases with Acute Angle Closure Glaucoma Secondary to Use of Antidepressant Drugs

The purpose of this case report is to share our clinical experience with four patients who use antidepressant drugs and apply to our emergency department with acute angle-closure glaucoma. We studied eight eyes of four patients and only one patient had a history of glaucoma treatment.We applied YAG-laser iridotomy to four eyes, trabeculectomy to two eyes, cataract surgery to two eyes and continued to topical anti glaucoma medication in six eyes.
