Dr. The purpose of this case report is to share our clinical experience with four patients who use antidepressant drugs and apply to our emergency department with acute angle-closure glaucoma. We studied eight eyes of four patients and only one patient had a history of glaucoma treatment.We applied YAG-laser iridotomy to four eyes, trabeculectomy to two eyes, cataract surgery to two eyes and continued to topical anti glaucoma medication in six eyes.
