Accumulation of Phakic Pattern Pseudoexfoliation Material on a Intraocular Lens

Approximately two years after cataract surgery, accumulation of “pseudoexfoliative material (XFM) on a phakic pattern'' which is a rare phenomenon and consisting of classic three-zone on the intraocular lens (IOL) was detected in three cases and evaluated by clinical examination and anterior segment screening.
