Tunnel Vision in Visual Field Analysis after Low Dose Tamoxifen Treatment

A 45-year-old female patient with a 5-year history of right breast carcinoma and mastectomy and who was taking tamoxifen presented to our clinic with peripheral visual loss and decreased visual acuity. In her ophthalmologic examination no pathology was detected in either anterior or posterior segments. Fundus fluorescein angiography showed reticular pigment epithelial changes in the peripheral retina. Retinal nerve fiber layer thickness assessed with optical coherence tomography was normal. Visual field analysis showed significant tunnel vision in both eyes. Keywords : Tamoxifen, visual field
