We observed the migration of triamcinolone particles toward the anterior segment after injection intravitreally at the end of cataract surgery in a 76-year-old man. The particles seen on the first postoperative day as pseudohypopyon and plaques on the posterior capsule and on the corneal endothelium cleared from the anterior segment within a week spontaneously without any complication. In this case presentation, we discuss the mechanism, possible complications, and treatment of this incident rarely observed after intravitreal triamcinolone injection. Keywords : Triamcinolone, cataract surgery, particle migration, pseudohypopyon, posterior capsule staining
