Migration of Intravitreal Triamcinolone Toward the Anterior Segment: Pseudohypopyon, and Deposition on the Endothelium and Posterior Capsule

The particles seen on the first postoperative day as pseudohypopyon and plaques on the posterior capsule and on the corneal endothelium cleared from the anterior segment within a week spontaneously without any complication. In this case presentation, we discuss the mechanism, possible complications, and treatment of this incident rarely observed after intravitreal triamcinolone injection.
